SPAIN A TEST CASE?

So the ebola virus has now hit Spanish health care workers.  Were the workers sloppy or is the risk of transmission greater than what has been described. Also we shall see first hand whether an "established medical infrastructure" can really put the brakes on the spread of the dreaded disease.  Thoughts?
